At eClinic360, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund policy. Please read the following details regarding cancellations, plan switches, and refund eligibility
Cancellation and Subscription Refunds:
Upon cancellation of a active subscription, a user is eligible for a refund.
We levy a 4% cancellation charge on the refund amount, which is includes the payment processing and refund processing charge.
The remaining pro-rata amount for the unfulfilled period of the subscription will be refunded.
Please note that the amount spent on purchasing WhatsApp message and SMS message credits for automated messages is non-refundable.
Switching between Plans and Refunds:
Users have the flexibility to switch between plans at any point in time.
When switching plans, we calculate the pro-rata amount consumed from the previous subscription and the cost of the new plan (annual).
The user will only need to pay the difference between the two amounts to switch to a different plan.
If the pro-rata balance already paid by the user is higher than the cost of the new subscription, a refund can be requested after deducting the 4% payment processing fee.
Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@eclinic360.com.
Provide the necessary details such as the cancellation request or plan switch request.
Our team will review your request and process the refund accordingly.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the initial transaction.
Note: The refund process may take a certain amount of time, and the refund will be processed in the same currency as the original transaction.
